Choc Chip Cookie Dough Balls

  • 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • 3 tablespoons rice malt syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of flaxseed, coconut or olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1/2 cup vegan/non-dairy choc chips or chopped organic dark chocolate

Combine the chickpeas, oats, tahini, rice malt syrup, oil, cinnamon and sea salt in a food processor. Stir in the choc chips last to avoid melting them. Roll into balls and store refrigerated for up to 1 week.
