Spring Cleanse Smoothie

(Serves 2)

  • 1 Kiwi fruit, diced
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup parsley leaves
  • 1/4 continental cucumber
  • 1 stalk celery, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup coconut/natural yogurt
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 2 tablespoon LSA (linseed, sunflower, almond meal)

Add all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Add ice blocks if you would like it cooler.
