Georgie’s Christmas Layer Smoothie

In a blender, combine one banana, a big handful of spinach leaves, 3/4 cup almond milk, 1 tbsp protein powder, 1 tbsp chia seeds.
Pour contents to fill two big glasses half way.If you have yoghurt on hand (I used coconut), spoon some around the sides of the glass, on top of the green. For the red layer, blend 1 cup raspberries, 1 baby golf ball-sized beetroot, 3/4 cup almond milk, 1 tbsp protein powder. Pour slowly so that the red layer sits on top of the green. Serve with some herbs or extra raspberries on top!
