Georgie’s Immune Boosting Juice

  • 1x orange
  • 1x large carrot
  • 1x 2cm knob of fresh turmeric
  • 1x 2cm knob of fresh ginger

Simply blend together and enjoy!

This juice is full of vitamin A to help build your immune defences and protect the mucous membranes that line your nasal passages, throat and gut from infection. Anti-inflammatory turmeric and ginger soothe a sore throat, while helping to thin mucous and reduce congestion!
