This workshop is great for mums who want a healthy lifestyle that the whole family can enjoy. It’s also an opportunity for those who wish to make a healthy diet change but don’t want to miss out on all of their favourite foods.

As a teenager, Georgie would spend days after school snacking on processed foods. The idea of giving up those foods was scary. When she discovered raw treat making, Georgie was finally able to make a commitment to eating healthily, because she realised she didn’t have to say goodbye to delicious treats. Georgie wants to share with you that same joy and freedom, while staying on track with your health goals!
