Raw Cacao Super Smoothie

- 1/2 Banana
- ¾ cup rice milk
- 1 tablespoon natural yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon psyllium husks
- 1/2 tablespoon raw and organic cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Chop banana into small pieces. Add all ingredients and blend.
